Description: Hing or Asafoetida is used in almost all Ayurvedic cooking. Hing helps the digestion and also prevents excess production of gases when we eat food that is rich in protein. Only a small pinch should be added in each dish and therefore it does not taste very much. Content: Organic Asafoetida 30% with fenugreek 70%.
