Preparation:
1. Place 80 g of bulgur mixture in a saucepan.
2. Add 200 ml boiling water, bring to the boil and cover with a lid.
3. Simmer on a low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from the heat and leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
5. Add oil or ghee to taste.
6.Season with salt.
