Preparation:

Put the couscous mixture in a saucepan.
150 ml boiling water, bring to the boil. Bring to the boil, put the lid on.
Leave to simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add oil or ghee to taste.
Season with salt.
