Ingredients:
1 tsp oil, 130-150 ml warm water and a little flour for rolling.
Preparation:
Pour the baking mix into a bowl and add a little water and oil at a time. Knead into a dough for 2-3 minutes. Leave to rest for 10 minutes for a fluffier result. Flour a clean work surface, divide the dough into five parts, shape into balls and roll out into loaves about 2 mm thin. Heat a frying pan and bake the loaves on both sides - without oil.
