How to germinate?
Soak the seeds for 10h and remove damaged seeds. Rinse thoroughly and place them on the germination tool. If using a germination tray, spread the seeds out evenly. Water 2-3 times a day until they are fully germinated. Finished sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator. The sprouts can continue to grow. Before consuming the sprouts, they can be rinsed as you would rinse a salad.
