Govinda Celtic Sea Salt, coarse. Also known as "Sel de Guerande", this salt has its origins in France. The salt fields where this salt is grown consist of grey-blue clay.
This natural clay has a high content of minerals, especially magnesium. It also gives Celtic salt its light grey colour and characteristic taste.
Celtic sea salt is not only very popular with professional chefs. Its typical structure makes it comparatively crunchy and enhances the flavours of the seasoned dishes.
