Beskrivning: For the preparation of delicious Indian-style curry dishes: Briefly sauté vegetables and / or poultry or meat with onions and fresh ginger in ghee, then add COSMOVEDA Mild Curry Paste (1-2 tablespoons per serving) and let it simmer. (For more taste, marinate pieces of vegetables, meat or tofu in the curry paste overnight.) For a creamy sauce, stir in creme fraiche, cream cheese or Creamed Coconut as desired and simmer gently for a few more minutes. Serve with rice. The Indian curry is ready!
