Organic Whole Nutmeg From Cosmoveda.
Nutmeg seed is an oval shaped spice with warm and slightly sweetish taste.
It is used with different cuisines to add flavour ex. in soups, vegetable stews, vegetable curries and even in desserts.
According to Ayurveda, It is good digestive and
carminative.
Use:- This spice is to be used in very small amount, about a pinch per serving.
