Description:
Raw cocoa nibs
Perfect to mix in different muesli mixtures together with or only with dried fruit, different nuts and seeds, such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds etc. Feel free to sprinkle the nibs on the file or porridge, mix them in the salad, or enhance, garnish and decorate desserts and pastries with them! You can also use them in different kinds of smoothies, in baking, etc. Some recipes include roasted chocolate nibs sweetened with agave syrup. You can easily do this yourself in the oven. Just don't roast them too vigorously. The roasted nips are also nice as a garnish on desserts etc. A summery strawberry cake with roasted and sweetened chocolate nips on top.... yummy!
Cocoanibs = Criollo
Criollo = "The queen of cocoa-sweet-tasty and wonderful". The cocoa variety is noble, the rarest because it is difficult to grow and therefore the most expensive. It has a rich flavor with a long aftertaste! Cocoa actually contains more antioxidants than red wine and green tea! We welcome antioxidants!
