Description: Organic and Fair Trade produced tamarind paste to properly enhance your indian dish. Tamarind is a sour fruit that grows in India and Africa, its concentrate is used in indian dishes to give them a sour sting.
Is it hard to get the taste right in Indian dishes sometimes? Try a small spoon of this when roasting the spices and enjoy the flavour.
