Description: Munkens Honung is entirely Swedish honey and comes from Monken's own beekeeping where the bees have access to the very best green areas. Bee pollen is considered to be one of nature's most complete sources of nutrition and contains virtually all the nutrients the body needs. Bee pollen is also known to be rich in protein in a readily available form and is one of the most natural and complete nutritional supplements. Studies show that bee pollen also has inhibitory effects on harmful bacteria. Swedish pollen gently dried at low temperatures (+ 38) = Rawfood. In case of pollen allergy, try gently (a few grains of pollen) for several days and increase gradually if there are no symptoms. Store at room temperature (+18-22). Avoid sunlight.
