With this package you can easily get started with your new Ayurvedic health routine. Self-care is more important than ever in our daily lives and treating yourself to a reset at least once a year is needed.
An Ayurvedic detox is about eliminating accumulations, limiting intake and revitalizing the body's own energy and digestion - our prana. This package has been put together by our Vaidya Archana Munot from Maharishi Ayurveda to be practical, easy to actually perform and give effect already after one week. All products are organic.
Instructions:
This package should be used for 7 days. Follow the steps below:
Morning routine:
Tongue scrape thoroughly. Follow up by brushing your teeth with Ayurdent toothpaste and then massaging your gums with Gum Care Oil with your finger.
Then drink about 1 liter of finger-warm or slightly warmer water with 1-2 pinches of salt in it, sit down and drink this for about 2-5 minutes.
Take 1 teaspoon of Chyawanprash, either with breakfast or you can skip breakfast to let the body wake up.
Shower and take care of your stomach if possible. We also strongly recommend 5 minutes of meditation in a quiet environment.
Meals: Eat 2-3 meals per day of Kitchari. See recipe at the bottom of the description. Feel free to vary it with different vegetables.
Evening routine:
Take 2 tablets of Triphala Plus, about 19-20.00 depending on your schedule. Do not eat anything afterwards.
Clean your mouth just like in the morning, see above instructions.
Take 1-3 drops of nasya oil in each nostril. The easiest way is to lie down with your head tilted, or sit a little backwards. Massage the oil either from the outside or with a little finger around the nostril mucosa.
10 minutes of stretching and/or meditation in a quiet environment.
Repeat this for 7 days and we would be very grateful for your feedback on how it feels after 7 days.

Rinse the mung beans and rice thoroughly under running water.
Heat the ghee in a pan. Add any vegetables and 1 teaspoon of the spice Kitchari Love, you can adjust more or less spices according to taste. You can add anything else you like. Stir and let the spices fry for a few seconds, if you have vegetables in it, it can fry for a few minutes.
Add the mung beans and rice to the pan and stir to coat with the spices.
Pour in water, about 3 times the volume of rice and mung beans. Then reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for about 30-40 minutes, or until both the rice and mung beans are tender. Stir occasionally.
If you want crispier vegetables, add them about halfway through cooking instead.
Season with salt, black pepper and adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed.
