Description Crearomes Bitter Salt (Epsom Salt) is useful for skin and hair care in baths, as bath salts for tired and sore muscles. Can also be used in hair shampoo, for salt scrubs and dissolved in water to wrap sore muscles. The scientific name of the salt is 'Magnesium Sulphate'. Crearome's Bitter Salt (Epsom Salt) is a natural product mined from salt mines in the Werra area of Germany. It is originated from ancient seawater that has evaporated. The bitter salt is separated and purified from other salts by a combination of different methods. Uses It can be used in following ways:- Bath- Take 3 dl of Bitter Salt for up to 2 litres of for a warm bath. Do not use soap in the bath, it counteracts the effect of salt. It is best not to shower off the skin afterwards and let the skin dry naturally. Foot bath-Add 1 cup of bitter salt to a bucket or bowl of warm water, place your feet in the water and enjoy. Feel free to add a few drops of fragrant and beneficial essential oil to the water. The foot bath counteracts calluses, sore and tired feet and sweaty feet. Muscle Wrap-For relief and relaxation when muscles are sore. Dose 2 dl of bitter salt per liter of warm water. Dip a small towel in the saline solution and place it on the skin, leave on for about 30 minutes. Can be repeated several times a day.
