1 charcoal stick for 1 year of filtration (each charcoal stick lasts 6 months). One stick of plant charcoal can filter up to 1.5L of water. The carbon weighs around 20g and measures between 12-13cm long. The activated carbon filters out heavy metals and chemicals. It also releases minerals and oligoelements for a more enriching water.
