White sage originated in California and has been traditionally used by the Native Americans for healing purposes. In addition, white sage also has cleansing and has antibacterial properties. Uses Light the bundle of sage at one end with a match or candle, let it burn for a short time and then extinguish the flame. It is important that the bundle of sage smokes and does not burn with flame. - For crystal users: To purify crystals; Let the smoke spread over and around the crystals for about 5min.
