Description: Organic Ashoka from Cosmoveda contains the herb Saraca Indicum. Cosmoveda have their own organic farming projects of Ayurvedic herbs and foods in Sri Lanka. They employ the farmers directly and the products are both Fair Trade and EU organic certified. Dosage: 1 capsule taken twice daily. Take them with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below: 1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee 1 eller ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too) 1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar Ingredients per capsule: 400mg Saraca Indicum Do not take more than the suggested dosage. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be reached by children and out of direct sunlight.
