Description: Shatavari, or Asparagus, has in India and Ayurveda been recommended for womens well being and especially menstruation. This is a concentrate of the root and a source of phytoestrogen. Each capsule contains: 380mg Asparagus root / Asparagus racemosus Vegetarian cellulose (capsule) Only organic ingredients. Dosage: 1 capsule taken twice daily, take them with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below: 1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee 1 eller ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too) 1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar Do not take more than the suggested dosage. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be reached by children and out of direct sunlight.
