Description: Triphala is used in Ayurveda to support the metabolism and cleanse the body of toxins. Triphala is a combination of three fruits: Amalaki, Bibhitaki and Haritaki. The uptake of the herbs is improved when prepared in this form with ghee, it is then called Ghrita. The content of this product is organic, heavy metal tested and also fair trade produced. The milk which this ghee is produced from comes from free ranging cows in Germany. Cosmoveda's products benefit our health and the nature but also care for the farmers that grow them. Dosage: 1 teaspoon twice daily, mixed into a cup of warm milk - preferably cow milk but plant-based milk is also suitable. Ingredients: 90% Ghee - clarified butter 10% Amla (Emblica officinalis),green Myrobalane (Terminalia bellirica), chebulic Myrobalane (Terminalia chebula) Only organic content. Do not take more than the suggested dosage. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be reached by children and out of direct sunlight.
