Description: Triphala is a herbal blend of three different fruits in powder form. In Sanskrit, tri=Three & Phala=Fruits. The combination consists of Amalaki, Haritaki & Bibhitaki in equal proportion. Triphala is appreciated since thousands of years it it works on all the three doshas! Ingredients. 27% amla fruit powder (Phyllanthus emblica)*, 27% haritaki fruit powder (Terminalia chebula)*, 27% bibhitaki fruit powder (Terminalia bellirica)*, 19% vegan capsule pod (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) *from certified organic cultivation Dosage: Nutrients per daily serving (2 capsules ≈ 800 mg capsule content) of which Amla Fruit Powder 266 mg Haritaki Fruit Powder 266 mg Bibhitaki Fruit Powder 266 mg Take 2 capsules whole 1 time a day take them with plenty of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below: 1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee 1 eller ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too) 1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar Do not take more than the suggested dosage.
