Herbolax is non-habit forming for the body, which means it can be taken even over a longer time without making the body dependant. Each capsule contains: Trivruth (Ipomoea turpethum)70mg Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) 50mg Kasani (Cichorium intybus) 50mg Kasamarda / (Cassia occidentalis) 50mg Kakamachi (Solanum nigrum) 40mg Yashti-madhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 40mg Sunthi (Zingiber officinale) 45mg Vidanga / (Embelia ribes) 10mg Dosage: 1-4 capsules a day dispersed over the day, take them with a glass of warm water. Do not take more than the suggested dosage. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be reached by children and out of direct sunlight.
