Description: Chyavanaprasha is a traditional indian supplement filled with fruits, herbs, spices and honey. The recipe was created roughly 2500 years ago by the Ayurvedic Rishi Chyavana and is described in the book Charaka Samhita - The base book of Ayurveda. It has always been used as a rejuvenating and all around supplement that makes sure the body gets all the nutrients it might need.
It looks like a dark paste and contains amla fruit, gooseberries and some of Ayurvedas most nourishing herbs that supports the body.
Dosage: Two teaspoons a day, taken as it is or as a spread on something. Can also be taken in a hot cup of tea or along with it. This supplement suits all, from teenagers to older adults.
