Content: Gokshura / (Tribulus terrestris) 140mg Putikaranja / (Caesalpinia bonducella) 120mg Puga / (Areca catechu) 100mg Shatavari /(Asparagus racemosus) 80mg Varuna / (Cratavea nurvala) 80mg Akika pishti 80mg Dosage: 1-2 tablets taken twice daily, take them with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below: 1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee 1 eller ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too) 1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar Do not take more than the suggested dosage.
