Description: Manjishtha is a herb that is used in Ayurveda for the skin's health and skinproblems. The herb is recommended in Ayurveda against acne, eczema, inflammation of the skin and infections. Dosage: 1-2 capsules taken twice daily, take them with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below: 1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee 1 eller ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too) 1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar Ingredients: Manjishtha Extract 250mg Do not take more than the suggested dosage.
