Kukkutandatvak bhasma 125mg
Zahar mohra bhasma 125mg
Haritaki / (Terminalia chebula) 110mg
Bala / (Sida cordifolia) 105mg
Yashtimadhu / (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 100mg
Mandukaparni / (Centella asiatica) 50mg
Dosage: 1-2 tablets, twice daily. Take them with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple bio-booster recommended below:
1 or ½ tsp organic ghee
1 or ½ glass of warm organic milk (almond/soy milk is just as good)
1 krm jaggery or cane sugar
Dosage instructions should not be exceeded. The product should also not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be kept out of the reach of children. Store the product out of direct sunlight in a cool place.
