Yashtimadhu / Licorice root 60 tbs Himalaya

Description: Yashtimadhu from Himalaya Herbal Healthcare contains extract of licorice root. Licorice has long been used in both western and eastern medicine to treat the stomach, intestines and the throat. Dosage: 1 tablet taken twice daily. In case of cough / cold the dose can be increased to 2 x 2 capsules a day. Take them with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below: 1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee 1 eller ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too) 1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar Ingredients: 250mg extract of Yashtimadhu / Licorice Root Do not take more than the suggested dosage.
