Dosage: 1 capsule taken twice daily, take it with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below:
1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee
1 eller ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too)
1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar
Ingredients: Bibhitaki/Terminalia bellirica, Shunti/Zingiber officinalis, Pippali/Piper longum, Maricha/Piper nigrum, Ginger root extract, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule)
