Description: Triphala translates to ”three fruites” and is without doubt one of the most popular herbal supplements within Ayurveda. It is known for improving digestion but also has many other effects. The three component fruits are effective on their own but combined they have an even better result. The three fruits are Haritaki (Chebulic Myrobalan), Amalaki (Amla) and Bibhitaki (Belleric Myrobalan). This blend has been supplemented with Centifolia roses which also supports the digestion. Amalaki supports a generally healthy gut and enzymes, Bibhitaki supports the natural balance of mucus in the intestines and Haritaki improves the function and strength in the intestinal walls. The result is that Triphala cleanses and scrubs the gastrointestinal tract. Ingredients: Terminalia chebula (Haritaki), Emblica officinalis (Amla), Terminalia belerica (Bibhitaki), Rosa centifolia (Rose), Starch, Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Tapiokastärkelse. Total content: 1000mg/tablet. 60 tablets Dosage: 1-2 tablets with warm water before bedtime. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be out of direct sunlight.
