Description: Bowelcare is a stool regulating preparation from Organic India. It uses Bael leaves, Chandrashoor herb and Psylliumhusk to make the stool softer and also increasing the digestive canal's peristaltic kontraktions so that the body can get rid of all the waste products. All Ayurvedic cures start with such a herbal mixture that first of all cleanses the body, for that either Bowelcare or Triphala is recommended. Each capsule contains: 300mg Bael Leaf / Aegle Marmelos 50mg Chandrashoor / Lepidum Sattivum 25mg Psyllium Husk / Plantago Ovata Vegetarian cellulosa (capsule) 100% Organic ingredients. Dosage: 2 capsules taken every morning and every evening, take them with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below: 1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee 1 eller ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too) 1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding without consulting a doctor.
