Description: Haritaki is one of the most important and most used Ayurvedic herbs. It supports the whole gastrointestinal tract. This product contains organic and raw haritaki fruit that has been dried and grinded to a powder according to Ayurvedic tradition, without further processing. All of their products follow fair trade production practices and are certified free from heavy metals. Content: 100g Organic Haritaki (Terminalia Chebula), raw - not heated above 40 °C. Dosage: 1/2 teaspoon, twice a day. Take it with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below: 1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee 1 eller ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too) 1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar Do not take more than the suggested dosage. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be reached by children and out of direct sunlight.
