Description: Vitality from Organic India is a mixture of the herbs Ashwagandha, Katuki, Tulsi and Neelkamal fruit. Each capsule contains: Organic Ashwagandha root* (Withania somnifera) 100mg Organic Katuki rhizome* (Picrorhiza kurroa) 65mg Organic Rama Tulsi leaf* (Ocimum sanctum) 65mg Organic Vana Tulsi leaf* (Ocimum gratissimum) 65mg Organic Neelkamal fruit* (Nymphaea stellata) 30mg Vegetarian cellulose* (capsule) *100% Organic ingredients. Dosage: 1-2 capsules taken twice daily, every morning and evening for at least 3 months or as directed by your health care provider. Take them with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below: 1 or ½ tsp organic ghee 1 or ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too) 1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding without consulting a doctor.
