Mountain Blood - Shilajeet/Shilajit contains 100% pure Shilajit Resin, no other additive. Shilajit is a mineral substance that accumulates as plants slowly decompose after having grown in mineral rich mountains on high heights. This mass is packed with minerals and nutrients that have already been converted to their bio-available forms by the plant as it grew - ready to be absorbed by the body and cells. It is rich in many amino acids and plant based minerals in their most bio-available, ionic form. It is also naturally rich in fulvic acid. It has been used for thousands of years within Ayurveda.
This Shilajit comes from the Altai mountains - one of the most beautiful and least polluted areas of Asia. It is cleansed in cold mineral water and is tested independently for heavy metals. Dosage: Gently heat some of your favourite milk, stir in a small pea-sized amount of Mountain Blood Ayurvedic Shilajit and add a little coconut sugar. Can also be taken with warm water or tea, or directly under the tongue.
