Dosage: 1 capsule taken twice daily, take it with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below:
1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee
1 eller ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too)
1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar
Ingredients: Haridra/Curcuma longa, Amalaki/Emblica officinalis, Shatavari/Asparagus racemosus, Turmeric root extract, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule)
