Dosage: 1 capsule taken twice daily, take it with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below:
1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee
1 eller ½ glas warm org. milk (almond or soymilk is fine too)
1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar
Ingredients: Rasna (Pluchea lanceolata), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Fenugreek, Asant (Asafoetida), Hydroxypropyl methylcellulosa (capsule).
Do not take more than the suggested dosage. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be reached by children and out of direct sunlight.
