Description: Organic Tulsi Sweet Rose Tea from Organic India. Tulsi/Basil is a herb that has been used for centuries in Ayurveda for its healing/adaptogenic properties. Sweet Rose contains rose petals, chamomile, lemongrass and stevia that all soothe the body and decrease stress. Rose petals have long been used in Ayurveda to cool the mind and also because it is rich in anti oxidants. Ingredients: Krishna Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) Vana Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) Rama Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) Chamomille Rose petals Lemongrass Stevia 100% Organic content. Instruction:Place 1st teaspoon of Organic Tulsi Sweet Rose per cup (120ml) and pour just boiled water (70-100°C) directly onto Tulsi leaves and infuse for 3-5minutes or longer. Add natural sweetner if desired and enjoy. Double the streegth when serving iced. Best when consumed without milk. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
